BRAINSTORM IDEAS
Once you’ve defined your OKRs, bring your team together and think of ideas to hit them. There’s not a huge amount to this, but here are some key pointers:
- Everyone needs to be encouraged to contribute.
- Everyone should be able to separate themselves from their own ideas.
- All ideas need to be noted down.
